Departments we hire for
Front end & pickup counter — greeting customers, checking out purchases, and preparing pickup orders accurately and on time.
Produce, bakery & deli — keeping fresh departments stocked, rotated, and presented well throughout the day.
Grocery & stocking — receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and keeping pricing and signage accurate across the store.
Store operations — scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day coordination between departments.
What we look for
We hire for attitude first. Grocery work is hands-on and can be fast-paced, especially during busy pickup windows, so we look for people who stay steady under pressure, communicate clearly with teammates, and take pride in a well-organized shelf or a smooth checkout. Prior grocery or retail experience is helpful but not required for entry-level roles — we train on the specifics.
