Review & request pickup

You're almost done. This form submits a pickup request only — it does not charge you anything. Once submitted, a CedarKart team member reviews your list against current stock, confirms your preferred pickup time, and lets you know right away if any item needs a substitution. You'll pay in person, by cash or card, when you arrive at the store to collect your order.
