These Terms of Use ("Terms") describe how you may use the CedarKart website (the "Site"), which is operated as an online catalog and pickup-request tool for our physical grocery store located at 6213 Franklin Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028. By browsing the Site or submitting a pickup request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and feel free to contact or visit the store directly instead.
1. Nature of the service
The Site allows visitors to browse a catalog of grocery products, build an estimated cart, and submit a pickup request. Submitting a pickup request through the Site is a request only — it does not create a binding sale, does not reserve inventory, and does not charge any payment method. A completed transaction occurs in person at the store, where product availability, substitutions, final pricing, and applicable sales tax are confirmed before you pay.
2. Product information and pricing
We make reasonable efforts to keep product names, descriptions, categories, and displayed prices accurate and current. However, grocery inventory changes frequently, and prices, package sizes, and availability shown on the Site may differ from what is in the store at the time of your visit. If a discrepancy exists, the store's in-person pricing and availability at the time of pickup will govern.
3. Accounts
Creating an account is optional. Where an account is used, you are responsible for keeping any login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt its normal operation, submitting false or abusive pickup requests, or using automated tools to scrape or overload the Site without permission.
5. Payment
The Site does not collect payment-card or banking information. All payment is made in person at the store at the time of pickup.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim for accuracy, CedarKart is not liable for minor discrepancies between online listings and in-store availability, pricing, or presentation.
7. Advertising
This Site may display advertising provided by third-party advertising networks, which helps support the cost of operating the Site. Advertisements are served independently of our product catalog and do not influence the accuracy of product listings, pricing, or descriptions.
